You could also try supplementing with a nutritional drink like Ensure in between meals. They have between 250-350 calories per drink. Also protein bars are good choices for adding fiber and protein to your diet. There are also powered formulas at your local health food store or GNC, known as weight gainers. These are specifically designed to aid in muscle mass and weight gain.
